removing unwanted background from dem in direction hydrology process

after you finish your analysis, with your boundary you can crop your image to match with the boundary only

 

dont forget to check on "Use input features for clipping geometry (optional)"

Im sorry not to explain you in detail, :D

 

you use clip raster to ommit those unwanted area with your boundary, and check the option above I explain to you :lol:
