saya mau instal ArcGIS 9.3 pas install LMtools dan setting di menu start/stop/reread kenapa ga bisa "stop server" ya? td saya coba buka LMtoolsnya di menu 'server status' trus click 'perform status enquiry' trus keluar -------- Status -------- Flexible License Manager status on Thu 5/29/2014 17:00 [Detecting lmgrd processes...] Error getting status: Cannot find license file.
