ok, it was not well defined - i  want not eliminate the clouds, i want to reduce these...

I use Atcor 2 and my images did i create from landsat data. (Landsat TM 5). -> http://glcf.umd.edu/data/landsat/

downloaded all bands(tiff) and created an image file. based on the date, i made my calibration file with bias and gain.

thats all, what i can say - no big deal

Hi... "strange HOT histo... bla... bla..." error message is cz your composite images have different dimensions (band 1, 2, etc). To resolve:

1. ERDAS viewer: Open all band images

2. Create AOI layer at least on intersection area of band 1 - 7 images

3. Resample each band covered by AOI layer (NN method, ignore zero, let pixel size as an original size, dont forget to add AOI layer)

4. Now u have band 1, 2,... etc with same dimension = AOI dimension

5. Run ATCOR .....

If u are using 1 scene landsat... the error msg is: "array... bla... bla..." probably

To resolve this error.... create 1 scne landsat --> 4 tiles

Cheers...
