locate the JPG files of Sentinel 2 data folder.... just use import feature of ERDAS and select input and output format...:) if still does not work ..just let me know

you can browse .ecp file from anywhere to complete the process i hope it will not affect your software working

uninstall all the tools you had before for Geocortex . get a fresh copy of Dot Net. clean your registry through some cleaner and then after a boot try installing again. It will work fine.
