    Hi, Try to use Global Mapper. Very easy to work with it. Just open your *.bil extension then export it as Raster / Image Format and use the USGS DEM extension. Good luck.

    I am GIS seeker. My field of work is aeronautics. I'm a flight instrument procedure designer specialist and I thanks all for your efforts in keeping this forum. I work with a very specialized software required for my field and also with ARCGIS. Thanks again. VC
