ProWaterService Posted December 22, 2015 Report Share Posted December 22, 2015 I am fairly new to GIS, I used to manage small town water and wastewater systems, I quickly found out that almost no one has a decent set of maps so I started a small mapping business. I use a Trimble GeoXH handheld and ArcMap 10.1 These small towns have a very limited budget so I am looking for free software for viewing maps, no editing.
