Hi dexgeo, Do you want to interpolate Aster GDEM 30 m to 5m in ArcGIS 10.2? I have some ideal about the method. There'r some step you need to do: 1. Convert Aster DEM 30 to contour ( Use to tool contour). Note: you need take "contour interval" : 5 (it's distance two line 5m) 2. Convert contour to point 3. When you have points, you used to interpolation in arcgis (IDW tool or kringing tool ...). It's DEM you need. Note: Setting parameters in field before you run tools. I hope i can help you.
