Hello all! I am new to the forum, so be gentle. I am considering obtaining my GIS Professional certification, and have a concern. I have a placeholder job title at my place of employment. Basically, I was given a title to be hired in directly rather than remaining as a contractor, but there were no GIS titles available so they gave me something unrelated just to get me in, though my responsibilities remained in the GIS realm. Will this cause me problems in the review process, or is it based more on the actual work that was done? Any insight is appreciated!
