Thanks for your help, What do you mean by 'unload all data'? I have converted it to a kmz in arcgis but am not sure what to do next.

I have been having a lot of issues trying to project my data to a different corrdinate system. Under the project tool, what is the transformation neceesary to convert from NAD83_CORS96 (zone 10) to NAD83_CSRS? I can't find anything online for that specific transformation.
